Use method
Base leveling: It is advisable to use exterior wall putty with high particle fineness, hard texture, strong adhesion, waterproof and alkali resistance; exterior wall putty needs to be mixed on site, and the ratio of putty powder and water should be strictly controlled according to the product instructions; during the preparation of putty, it should be stirred evenly to ensure that there are no powder lumps, no lumps, no oversized particles and moderate viscosity; apply the prepared putty 1-2 times, and the prepared putty should be used up within 2 hours, so that it can be used immediately after preparation; the second coat of exterior wall putty can only be applied when the previous coat of exterior wall putty is completely dry.
Alkali-resistant primer: The primer can be used directly after being stirred evenly. If it needs to be mixed, the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled according to the product instructions, and excessive dilution is strictly prohibited; the prepared primer should be evenly rolled with a roller once, and a brush should be used to assist in the construction of corners and gaps. The coating surface should have a uniform gloss and no missing coating.
Finishing decoration: Marble paint can be used directly after being stirred evenly. If it needs to be mixed, the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled according to the product instructions; spray the prepared real stone paint twice with a special spray gun, and the re-coating interval should be greater than 4h. The spraying should be full, with consistent texture, not transparent, and not flowery.
Surface protection: Special surface paint can be used directly after being stirred evenly. If it needs to be mixed, the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled according to the product instructions, and excessive dilution is strictly prohibited; Roll the prepared surface paint evenly with a roller once, and use a brush to assist in the construction of corners and gaps. The thickness should be uniform and consistent, and there should be no missing paint.
